Fabspeed Porsche 992 GT3 / GT3 RS / Speedster Titanium Valvetronic Cat-Back Exhaust System (2022+)

The Fabspeed Motorsport USA Valvetronic Titanium Cat-Back Exhaust System gives the 992 GT3/ GT3RS a truly exotic sports car sound, all while retaining the functionality of PSE (Porsche Sport Exhaust). Our design process started with 3D scanning the entire OEM exhaust system using our CREAFORM 700 Handscan so that we could  make a complete Solidworks 3D model of the exhaust. We then designed the exhaust and fixtures using that model so that the exhaust fit perfectly to OEM standards. After multiple revisions for maximum flat 6 GT3 high pitched sound quality and real dyno development and repeated dyno testing, we decided to use our signature cast 70mm 2.75" X-Pipe to tie the two cylinder banks together for exhaust scavenging and to defeat resonance. The exhaust valves are made by Helical Limited in the United Kingdom. These ISO 9001-certified valves are the same ULTIMATE QUALITY exhaust valves as used by Ferrari, McLaren, Aston Martin and Porsche use on their GT cars. The piping is mandrel bent from  1 piece Titanium with minimum welding points. NO rediculous stupid PIE cuts or multiple lobster tail welds that is indicative of poor quality and cheap labor no CNC mandrel bending equipment.   With Fabspeed you have five different tip options to choose from.

SOUND:

With PSE off our Valvetronic exhaust gives a nice subtle increase in volume. With PSE on it turns the 4.0L's exhaust note into a truly exotic sound with a significant increase in volume. The exhaust note changes from the smooth purr of the OEM exhaust to the aggressive race-bred high pitched F1 sound of a GT3 RSR. If you need to cut down on how loud your exhaust is because of race track rules, we sell turn down tips that cut 3-6db of exhaust SPL.

POWER:

This system improves Porsche’s design by increasing pipe diameter from 2.5 in to 2.75inch 70MM and using our signature investment cast X-pipe instead of the factory H-Pipe. On our DynoJet we saw +17.5 crank HP or +14 whp at 4200 RPM and a healthy dose of torque down low at 4200 RPM gaining 17 ft/lbs of tq. Returns Policy

To RETURN any system, product or merchandise you must contact us first for a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Special order and custom made systems, apparel, limited production parts, Carbon Fiber Parts, and other certain merchandise are NOT returnable. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. To return a Grid Racing Parts product an RA number must be requested and if granted the item(S) must be in original Grid Racing Parts sealed packaging. A copy of the original invoice and a brief explanation must accompany all returned items. You must follow our instructions for returning items carefully, or Grid Racing Parts reserves the right to charge a 30% restocking fee on any OPENED box or repackaged products. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. If an order was shipped with a promotional “Free Shipping”, and the order is returned, we exclusively reserve the right to charge the customer or distributor for the cost of that original shipping and handling. If a Grid Racing Parts Performance package is ordered, and an individual component of that package is returned, Grid Racing Parts reserves the right to charge back the performance package discount along with any additionally offered discounts. Return shipped items DAMAGED in transit will RESULT in additional charges up to and including rejection of the competent. It is the customer’s responsibility to ship safely and properly. No returns accepted after 30 days from the invoice date. No credits will be given after 30 days from the invoice date.

To qualify for return, the product must be unused and remain in the original packaging, as well as match the current design and packaging for the product at the time of return. Periodically mistakes are made when ordering, or a wrong part is shipped, and you may wish to return an item. We will do everything reasonable to satisfy you. Please contact Grid Racing Parts immediately via email at service@GridRacingParts.com to discuss the circumstances before returning any products. Anything returned without prior authorization from Grid Racing Parts will be refused. All returns must be sent back fully prepaid. Our customer service department (service@gridracingparts.com) will issue a Return Authorization Number, which must accompany any return. A copy of the original invoice and a brief explanation must accompany all returned items. No returns accepted after 30 days from the invoice date. No credits given after 30 days.

Shipping

Grid Racing Parts Motorsport cannot be held liable for refusal of, delay of, loss of, theft or damage to a shipment of any item. The customer agrees to indemnify Grid Racing Parts for all costs, fees and expenses Grid Racing Parts incurs as a result of any violation of any local, state, federal, national or international laws or regulations. Customer agrees to take responsibility for lost packages that were not independently insured or sent without requiring signature. The customer understands they will be liable in the event of additional fees, tariffs, or legal issues such as border seizure. Customer accepts these risks and agrees to release Grid Racing Parts of all liability.

Grid Racing Parts reserves the right to charge a shipping and handling fee on every order being shipped from our facility. This fee is universal and applies to all retail and wholesale purchases and cannot be waived or credited.

A 6% sales tax will be implemented for every purchase made by a Pennsylvania resident. This fee will be charged for in-house installations and products purchased online, over the phone, and/or via email, this fee is required by law, is non-negotiable and non-refundable.
